Pours a chill hazed gold with a thumb of ivory colored head. Good head retention & lacing
S: Catty, some citrus & bready notes on the fringe
T: Super catty, a little dry, lime & sage notes up front. Pine, dryness, pomelo & faint melon notes as this beer warms up, more sage as well. Finishes very dank with much dryness, some lime notes & plenty of pine
MF: Medium body, moderate carbonation, good balance
Despite the low malt bill, this delivers the flavor, pretty darn drinkable. This seems like a template for building a West Coast IPA without the heft. Would preferred a little more citrus profile
