The description of the Amber is:
"You’ll find a deep amber-red color balanced with selected flavoring and aromatic hops, giving it a nice interplay between dark and light. The dark specialty grains add just a hint of roasted flavor to satisfy the palate."

The beer arrived at the table clear medium amber with a ghost white head which lasted well to lace the glass.

The aroma was very low with some slight caramel and toffee and just a hint of diacetyl.

The flavor was strong in diacetyl, almost to the point of being undrinkable with caramel flavors and no hop bittering or flavor standing out. There was also some malty sweetness.

The finish was slightly off-dry with residual lasting caramel sweetness and diacetyl. The body was medium. This beer did not seem to be well attenuated and it definitely could be cleaner and could use more bittering character.
