Served in a Ladenburger weizen glass.
Pours a clear pale straw with a thick, albeit quickly dissolving head of white foam. The smell is heavy on the banana, but there are also traces of clove, orange, and a little bit of wheat and hops. The taste follows, in good weissbier fashion, with some emphasis on the banana and clove, with some large notes of wheat and a slightly bitter finish. Though not as thick and heavy as other weizens, it has a bit of weight, and is smooth enough to maintain a good level of drinkability.
