Beautiful brownis color. Beige head, quite compact.
At the smell not so much. Malt, very light caramel hints.
The taste is sweetie in the beginning, but it also slips away quite quickly. Here again, light malt and caramel. Not so much body.
But there is also a not negligeable bitterness, rather strong for a dunkel.
A resolute bitterness in the aftertaste too. Hop.
Light notes of plums, and maybe chocolate in the aftertaste, yet light.
Characterized by the bitterness. Not bad, even if somewhat strange.

The foamy head fades quickly into a very thin white collar; the body is of an opaque dark brown color. Sweet grape aroma, together with a thin cereal bread smell. Hints of caramel. Overall, the aromas are light. The carbonation reminds me of some soda. Very sweet and slightly citrusy taste, with some red fruits: strawberries are noticeable; with grapes too. Dark roasted malts with hints of chocolate bitterness. The mouthfeel is quite thick, almost a bit chewy, with a bread aspect. A thick herbal hoppiness appears in the aftertaste. Quite an interesting brew.
