Certain yeast strains of Norwegian origin, known as "kveik", can ferment at extremely high temperatures with little to no off-flavors. Popular with craft brewers for good reason, we naturally decided to put a lot of these strains in the same beer. On top of this, we scrounged around for some additional strains and species of yeast that also perform well at kveik-like temperatures. The result is a big-bodied juice chimera for the ages.

Great grapefruit and tropical nose and taste. Not much bitterness to distract the drinker. Overall Species X does well with this one and a few others

This was a gift from a friend. 16 ounce can poured hard into a stein. It’s hazy after all. Lots of tropical fruit on the nose as well as juicy oranges, lime, grapefruit. Appearance was hazy but consistent, thick head, persistent off white foam.
Tastes juicy fruits, dry lingering dry on tongue, mouthfeel is smooth and creamy. No alcohol heat. Carbonation is not prickly, but foamy, soft.
A drinkable juicy double with a dry side of the tongue persistent after effect. This beer was fermented with a blend of many yeasts. I am not sure how my digestive system will like it. My taste buds enjoyed it.
