Served in a pokal glass
This beer pours amber with golden highlights and is hazy. It is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves little lacing.
Strawberry and lime dominate the aroma. The vanilla softens the tart smell.
Strawberry flavor upfront. Then tart lime takes over and carries into the finish and lingering. The vanilla creates an initial strawberries and cream flavor. The pineapple gets lost.
Medium bodied with a dryish mouthfeel
Refreshing sour ale. I was happy with it.
