Full and flavourful; perhaps closer to an ESB than a regular bitter. Big foamy head. Medium strong carbonation. Dark flavours of molasses, brown sugar, roast. Bitter finish. A slight metallic note as the beer warms, but nothing offensive. It ticks all the boxes
