Bottle: Poured a golden color Lambic with limited carbonation. Aroma of tart notes with some oka and light funky esther. Taste is also a mix of tart notes with some oka notes and light funky esther. Body is about average with low carbonation. Easy drinking Lambic but lacking depth and complexities.
