Deep black color with a thick thin caramel head.
Nice aroma with notes of licorice, cocoa, bourbon, dark fruits and mild charred wood.
Intense flavor with notes of powder milk, charcoal, cocoa, bourbon, vanilla, shoyu and dark fruits. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Bordering full body with perfect carbonation. Alcohol of 9% is well disguised.
Imperial Stout with good complexity mixing a few of the traditional strands we see in the style.
