Light brown copper color with thin fluffy head.
Aroma with predominant notes of caramel and molasses.
Flavor with notes of caramel, molasses, wood chips, cinnamon and herbal and earthy hops. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Medium to full body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 9.3%, it is hard to believe amount to that.
Woody and caramelly Barley Wine with a friendly touch. Not really complex, but good introduction to style.
