Cerveza, rock y ruta unidas en el camino.
Una Siambretta 1957, de herencia familiar, que hoy decora la madera desvencijada del Tap Room nos llevó, en su última aventura, hasta un hostal del km 213. Allí, inmersos en Roadhouse Blues, nació la receta que merecía llevar su nombre.
Cerveza fuerte, roja, con maltas y caramelo que resaltan en su aroma y sabor. De buen cuerpo y alcohol moderado con un final de caramelo y frutas secas. Se sirve en copa.

Brown reddish color with a thick beige head with decent retention.
Aroma with notes of figs, caramel and faint earth.
Malty flavor with notes of caramel, nuts, faint smoke, raisins and malt syrup. Dry aftertaste with medium bitterness.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 9% is incredibly well-hidden (Is that so? If it is, congrats).
Decent Wee Heavy with the expected malty and ester nuances. Not cloying at all.
