Bright copper color with a thin thick off-white head.
Aroma with predominant notes of caramel. Hints of red fruits and toasted malts.
Flavor with notes of caramel or even butterscotch, some toasted malts, red fruits, biscuits and faint pine. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Light towards medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Well-balanced and pleasant Scottish Ale that is easy to drink but still it is not boring. It is not very complex, though.
