Golden color with a thin head.
Aroma with notes of lots of honey, very faint pine and malt sweetness.
Flavor with notes of malt sweetness, honey and mild apple puree. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Easy to drink Honey Ale than lean a bit more towards the sweet side. The honey is perceptible, but not dominant.
