They call this a Cold DIPA. Pours a dark amber with an orange tint and plenty of foam in the Zundert chalice. Sudsy and lively on the tongue. Aroma of citrus and apricot. Taste is dark mango and peach with a tangy finish. The lingering sweetness is just right for the high alcohol content. Overall this is a highly sippable double IPA with the softer and friendlier Lager treatment. This is one of my favorites for the new year. From the 16 oz can purchased at Cellars Wine & Spirits in far northeast Phoenix.
