Bought a bottle of this from Tanakaya in Mejiro, Tokyo. Only 300 bottles of this special brew were produced in Japan. Poured into a Baird pint glass. Beautiful medium brown with a thick white head. The smells of hops, grapefruit, leather, nettles, and other flora were amazing to enjoy. The taste did not disappoint either. The ethanol definitely comes through in a way that many brown ales miss. The flavors matched the aroma, and it went down smoothly. This could be one of my favorite beers of all time, and if they still have any left at the store, i'll go back to get more. Amazing experience, and i'm honored to have had the chance to get one of these very exclusive bottles.
