This is a very strong amber beer with 8% alcohol. It has a pale colour, more like a saison and reduced head.
The smell is really good: dried fruits, honey, some linden.
The taste is loosing part of these aromas , having a dominating caramel sweetness. The alcohol is not so obvious as expected.

Golden orange color with white head, aroma of caramel and biscuits, medium sweetness, lightly bitter finish, a good beer.
