50 lbs of fresh Pacific Northwest oysters were dunked into the boil of a dry stout brew to produce a soft, silky mouthfeel, smoothing out the sharp toasted notes, leaving a small hint of brine in the finish

Clear dark brown brew with abundant beige foam in the goblet. Aroma of brown rice and a hint of scorched barley. Pleasant watery body with lots of frothy carbonation on the tongue. Dark roasted grainy taste with a slight sweetness I don't think oysters, but it's a mellow malty taste before the charred finish. Rather bitter, but pleasing nonetheless. From the 16 oz can purchased at the brewpub in Midtown. Dated 3/11/26.
