Growler fresh from the bight tank - pours a pale cloudy light gold with a massive white cap...aromas of fresh baked bread and some floral hopping, light notes of sweetness....medium bodied, rounded finished malt forward character....flavor is unlike any Mexican lager I've tasted, this has a sturdy malt backbone with tastes of fresh bread crusts up front the hopping plays a support role here, the finish is wet, malty with light notes of sweetness and increasing bittering and a hop bite at the end...I don't know if this was an experiment that went wrong or it was intentional but the results produced a very decent drinkable flavorful lager I could session under the back yard awning on a hot day...very well done fresh tasting lager
