Fresh growler from this Pico-brewery.....tag said this batch was brewed a month ago and went in the bright tank yesterday......pours a clouded pale yellow with a puffy 2 finger cap that lasts and laces the glass...aroma is very fresh; pungent biscuit malts, coriander and citrus tones.....medium-light body, well rounded character, well balanced but dry....flavor has a big chew on dusty malts in front the the coriander, spicy hopping and citrus peel kick in mid palate......goes to a fast, clean, dry finish...a very decent Witbier, I would drink this over a Hoegaarden any day because it's a tad more robust and very fresh and bright.
