A massive 16.5% ABV barleywine that’s been sleeping in Elijah Craig barrels for the last 15 months. We woke this sleeping brute and fed it “mounds” of cacao, almonds and coconut. Resulting in a absolute beast of a barleywine! Collaboration with our family at Mason Ale Works.

Pours a thick dark copper color with a khaki head, Smell has roasted nuts ,dark fruits mild coconut. Taste is light fruity with fig and date ,more nutty tastes of almond,pecan a touch of coconut. Mouth feel is sweet ,hoppy,nutty well balanced on adjuncts, ABV not noticed som ugh but felt.
