after pouriand saw how red it was i thought this was n to be just another try at making a weird beer. the taste was great slightly sweet creamy great summer beer

The Fruit Punch red color is a bit off putting but the beer itself is good. Its def got booziness to it, not in a gross way but it's prominent. You get a faint hint of hibiscus, which I was sad about, I wanted more (agua de jamaica is great). Its high in carbonation and a little dry. Overall it's different in a good way, if you're into the higher abv IPAs I'd recommend this.

Unusual beer. I suffered a slight panic when I poured it. Any victim of Bud Chelada would shudder at this clear red colored beer with a bubbly pink head!!!! Thankfully, I didn't experience a wreched taste like the clam juice abomination. I poured this beer from a 16 oz can into a pint glass. Aside from the odd color of the beer and head, I noticed other aspects of the appearance. The head was long-lasting and there was some lacing on the glass. As far as aroma and taste went, there wasn't much!! For such a strong beer, I was surprised to find such little presence on the nose or tongue. The beer was somewhat malty, with a little bitterness and maybe a little cherry, but that's it!!! Mouthfeel was not too thin, bitterness less than I would expect from an Imperial IPA, and some definite alcohol presence - maybe even a little burn!!! Not a beer I would try again but not a drain pour either.

 

Not what I was expecting for a triple IPA. The front was hop forward even though the look, a sour, messes with the brain. For me the bad happens on the tail end, sweet cherry and citrus give off that cough medicine vibe.
