This stout was aged for 19 Months in Weller 107 barrels from our good friends at Eureka! We then packed 10 lbs. of coconut per barrel and all the vanilla we could into this stout.

Appearance: Pours a rather still black color with no head
Smell: Coconut and chocolate tones supplemented by vanilla; a whiff of Bourbon, too
Taste: Chocolate and coconut forward with the Bourbon building through the mid-palate; vanilla and coconut surmount the finish
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with low carbonation
Overall: Good use of the Weller barrel here to cut what could be an otherwise very sweet stout
