At the Tulsa brewery, hazy straw colored, grassy smell, another smell I can’t place — pickles? Taste of weeds and veggies, light feel, overall okay.

Thin, phenols, clear for category, DMS, horrible aftertaste. Not impressed. Aroma was medicinal. I would not order again or even finish this pint I ordered on tap.

Adding the squeeze of orange was yummy.

Pours to a permanent white head and hazy gold color. Aroma is grainy wheat and citrus (served with a lemon wedge so don't know how much of that is fruit). Flavor is delicious fresh pale and wheat malt and a slight grassy hop finish and balancing bitter bite. Mouth is watery and a bit rough but not bad. Overall a refreshing easy going wheat.

Enjoyed on tap at the Edmond location of Bricktown Brewery.
Poured into a pint glass and served with a lemon wedge.
Very attractive gold liquid with white head. Slight haze.
Nice citrus/wheaty aroma (probably enhanced by the lemon, which I personally like but I know many purists will hate).
An interesting beer that skirts the edges. It has more flavor and body than do most pale wheats. It has some hefeweizen-ish elements (the appearance and aroma) but is less tangy than most hefes. I can pick up some hops but I think it had some other spices it might be easy to take this beer in a Belgian White direction.
Overall I like it. Better than I expected and much better than the utterly forgettable wheat I had here in the past.
