Malted rye provide Millie with a spicy sweetness, then giving way to hints of caramelized wood and a citrus-like taste and offering a dry, lingering finish.

Pint on tap at then Bricktown Brewery in Branson, MO. Awful beer. Cant elaborate on that much.

The pour on tap was a bit flat, no head. Color was more copper hue for style. The taste was ok But nothing more. The rye had a pleasant dance with the hops. The mouthfeel was thin and I see this with all the beers I’ve tried at Bricktown. With the right food to compliment, I would order again, but not alone, partly due to lack of carbonation and the need to mix up the flavor.

Weak for me. Maybe the rye?

Pours up to a nice white head and moderate lace and a golden amber color. Aroma is surprisingly boozy for 4.0.beer -- nice dry rye aroma and clean earthy hop. Flavor is crisp and grainy. I really like the taste. Mouthfeel is very light. Good stuff.
