Clear pale amber with adequate foam in the tall wineglass. Spritzy on the tongue with a light body. Warm and mellow with some sweetness. Distinct and pleasing rice character. Some spice and straw in the aroma. An excellent light beer. On tap at Heritage BBQ in San Juan Capistrano.
