This weizen pours with so much carbonation, it takes a while to properly pour this one. The body is very characteristic of a hefe, with all the attributes of cloudiness, massive amounts of white frothy head, and a golden orange colored body.
The aroma is a bit weird. It's a mix of caramel and sour milk, almost too weird.
This tastes a little weak and almost watery. There are subtle characteristics here of a weizen, but nothing that stands on its own feet.
There is a lot of carbonation here, and feels nearly like champagne if you know what I mean. Needs more sustenance in taste, but feels like a weizen.
