473ml can poured into tulip.
Pours a clear, bright yellow with two healthy fingers of rocky ecru head that leaves some frosted window lace as it recedes. Smell of beer is immediate and pleasant.
Smells of crisp cereal grains, spicy yeast, apple or pear chips, faint lemon zest, clipped flowers and mowed lawn.
Tastes of grainy pale malt, some floral, grassy hops, more dried pomme fruit and peppery yeast.
Feels soft and fluffy. Light bodied with frothy carbonation. Finishes dry.
Verdict: Highly recommended. Rock-solid German-style thirst quencher, light and tasty.
