Family owned and operated. The people serving you are very likely the people who helped brew the beer. Grow their own hops and some beers are made with 100% grown on site ingredients. Usually a variety of styles. At my last visit they had a fresh/wet hops IPA, owner said hops were 30 minutes max from field to brewery, very tasty .Also had excellent saison last time we were there. Almost have to order flight to try everything with having too much LOL! Our beertender was an owner and very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and gave us great suggestions. Great atmosphere, live bluegrass and traditional country on weekends. Very much off the beaten path but worth the trip from Baltimore City/County. Actually a short drive off I-83.
