On-tap at the guesthouse right next to the brewery. There´s a nice little family zoo next to the place and the patron said one could visit the brewery if he or she asked ahead of time, on tap was the pils, the hefe, the keller, a blend of hefe and grenadine syrup, and a couple of radlers : one was lemonade, the other cherry juice.
I had the keller simply because I remembered listening to a homebrewing podcast that was about these wonderful hazy german pilsners only available localy. The hefe looked mighty good, but one glass is all I should have when I am about to hit the road.
Served in a handsome glass mug, huge foamy head that stuck around for the hole experience. Lacing was extraordinary, much like a hefe.
Pale yellow with particulate matter (I was warned that I was ordering something natural trub) dacing around in the carbonation. Aroma of bread, faint grain and hay. Flavor of pils with a nice addition from the yeast, slightly more bready and full bodied than a regular pils.
Wonderful lager, wonderful spot, don´t miss it if your around.

Slightly hazy yellow color. Quite carbonated appearance. Beautiful foam, not too much, but creamy and very longstanding.
The smell is definitely malty. But there is a background hoppiness, not negligeable, that balances all. Some yeast, too, light but noticeable.
In the taste the yeast is more noticeable: breadcrust, quite warm. Pleasant.
In the aftertaste a "keller" sweetness, hazy. Anyway, good.
Not bad.
