Fischer's Brauhaus Mössingen “Fischer’s Dreifürsten Pils”
,33L brown glass bottle coded “MINDESTENS HALTBAR: 18.02.22”. Sampled on 09.24.21.
€,80 @ Fischer’s Brauerei Markt, Mössingen, DE
Notes: Brewed entirely from Pilsner malt and Tettnanger Tettnang hops. “Three Princes”.
Look: Crystal clear gold body beneath an average-sized head of white foam. The head holds well, bolstered by hundreds of tiny bubbles rising from below. Unfortunately the lacing is limited.
Aroma: Bright and fresh with sweetish, grainy Pilsner malt and floral and lightly herbal hops.
Taste: As the aroma suggests with a firm bitterness running through it. It finishes dry, herbal, and a touch spicy.
Feel: Medium to medium-light in body and crisp.
Overall: An excellent Pilsner that’s both satisfying and refreshing.
