Look: Cloudy golden-orange body beneath a full head of white foam. Very good head retention and lacing.
Smell: Sweetish, doughy and wheaty malt with notes of banana and a light spiciness.
Taste: Sweet wheaty malt with banana, apple, mild clove, and an additional light spiciness. Low bitterness with a mostly dry finish and lingering notes of malt and banana.
Feel: Medium to medium-light body. Crisp and gently zesty.
Overall: A very nice, highly enjoyable and well made hefeweizen.
