Fischer's Brauhaus Mössingen “Fischer’s Woiza Smusie”
,5L brown glass bottle coded “MINDESTENS HALTBAR BIS: 06.03.22/11:20”. Sampled on 09.24.21.
Notes: Hefe Weizen hell. Alkoholfrei. Brewed with wheat malt, Pils malt, and Tettnanger Tettnang hops. It looks like a hefeweizen. It smells like cake but it tastes like bread that's been soaked in water. I was really hoping for more with the thought that characteristics from the the hefeweizen yeast would be enough to carry it but that’s not the case. That’s not to say that it’s a horrible non-alcohol beer, just that it doesn’t really come across as a hefeweizen.
