I had this beer on-tap in a tulip at the brewery in Riverside.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a bit of haze and a bit of ivory foam atop.
Smell: a rather cereal-ey aroma, no doubt from the flaked corn, a fair dose of sweetness, and a light yeasty character. Nice!
Taste: rather sweet from the corn adjunct, but quite smooth and, while not exactly crisp, a very nice, malty balance. I dig it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: maybe not a super traditional Mexican lager, but a pretty darn good beer that I'd be happy to drink quite a few of.
