Wet Hopped Sense of Source (Kellerbier).

We just pulled a keg of incredibly fresh Wet Hopped Sense of Source right off the tank while we continue to condition this beer longer before giving its final packaged form. It’s naturally carbonated and in the early stages of its “lagering” stage. We wanted to give our customers a taste of this beer as it tastes at this moment. The core idea of this beer is the peak of what we try to do here at Wishful Thinking. We strive to create beers that promote our local producers and showcase what beers can be made from our local agriculture.

Fresh from the tank, this beer packs a unique hop character of subtle pine and lemon citrus with a background of fresh cut grass that is straight from the fresh wet hops from Fawn Hill Hop Yard in Shillington, PA. We fell in love with Sense Of Source after the first batch and we believe it is the backbone of our company and how we strive to differentiate ourselves in this busy industry.
