On tap at a pub in Wertheim today.
The beer pours a fairly pale golden amber color with excellent head retention and considerable lacing all around. On the nose I'm getting light malt white pepper and a hint of clove. The flavor profile replicates the nose in this easy drinking beer, with a touch of bitterness on the finish. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied, with a long, clean finish. Alcohol is very well integrated into the flavor profile, and so drinkability is outstanding.
Have had better dortmunder beers over the years, but this is pretty good.

Pours clear golden with 2-finger white head. Clear malty aroma, some paper notes. Flavour of grains, somewhat honeyish, somewhat mineral, traces of hops. All the attributes of classic dortmunder are present. Not a fan of the style, but good enough.
