Deep yellow color, with a white foam, not too compact.
Phenolic smell, a bit of medicinal note. Quite clean, but not too interesting.
Again clean in the mouth, with malt, wheat, again phenolic, and nothing more. A light carbonation.
Quite scarce body, little aftertaste, not too long.
For sure it is more than drinkable, and thirst-quenching, but a Hefe weizen is better for sure.
