Pours a hazy golden color with a medium top off white head that dissolves quickly.
Aroma is citrus, caramel, honey, doughy malt, hay, herbal and floral hops.
The taste is fruity and dry with a quite bitter finish allong with some light malt tones in the background. The flavour is kind of blend and slightly unballanced. Mouthfeel is soft and prickly with a lively carbonation and a medium body.
A decent enough belgian blonde, but this brewery can do better.

L- Decent gold colour, with slight haze and pours with 5mm fine-bubble white head. [ps. head holds well].
S- Mild, just a light hoppy sense of dryness.
T- Surprisingly slow to begin, me wondering where the usual heft of a 6.5% beer is, then the taste and body begin to kick in. Overall it's quite a bitter-dry palate, typical of the Blond style IME.
F- Dry but with balancing richness too. Punchy, with the 6.5% ABV quite easy to sense. I think it's taste+feel balance is done very well.
O- A pretty punchy beer, well brought together and balanced. Nothing out of line or place I note. Would go down very well enjoyed sitting out in the sun!
Bought from BelgiumInABox (Antwerp/BE) for delivery to me in London/UK.
