Hazy yellow in appearance, light in body, with tropical fruit flavors, and crisp dry finish. The lightest edition to the line of hazy IPA’s, this beer shares many similarities to its cousins. It has a similar malt bill but with a different mixture of hops. Brewed with heavy amounts of cascade, citra, and Idaho 7 hops gives this beer lots of tropical fruit flavors, as well as grapefruit, and other citrus. Using the same type of yeast as the other hazy IPA’s and adding hops during the mashing process really drives those flavors home.
