500ml bottle bought from McHughs, Dublin
Poured a clear light golden straw colour... White head poured typically big thick and foamy then faded slowly to good thick covering ... lots of carbonation rises to the surface... decent amount of thick sticky lacing...
Aroma - Light clove spiciness, some vanilla notes, noticeable grainy wheat, some bready notes, light fruitiness (banana and lemons), some saltiness, some hay traces...
Taste - Light malts, faint bubblegum traces mixed with some very light clove, faint metallic notes, definite saltiness, good fruitiness (lemon, grapefruit and some apple notes), some very light floral honey sweetness, grassy hints...
Feel - Fairly smooth with a little bite underneath... light body... Pretty refreshing and drinkable...
Overall - An average German kristalweizen - there are a lot better examples... probably worth a try though...
