Yields an unfiltered yellow color with a huge, spongy white head.
Aromas on this are defined by fresh cut grass, fruity lime rind and spicy, rustic forest floor.
Drinks quite refreshing with a very lively, mineralic carbonation, adding to the refreshment of its light body.
Tastes of herbal, dry hops, inheriting a fruity note of riper oranges and lime pulp, while putting up a well working balance by establishing a well nuanced, bread dough forward malt backbone. Offers a gentle drop of toffee then, while all flavors need to make space for the very present carbonation, which rushes over the tongue like a Peahi wave and leaves it with a calming touch. Finishes pleasantly soft with lighter pickled cucumber water, maintaining, noticeably fruity, yet dry hops and balancing bread dough malts, as well as a hint of caramel.
A light, hop forward beer, respecting its franconian roots by lending it a playfully integrated, subtle, yet well working malt balance.
