Our take on the quintessential pale lager from the Czech Republic. Bright, floral, bitter with a smooth body & medium bitterness.

Picked up a 16 oz single from the Blue Door Bottleshop in Hendersonville on 2-17-25 for $5.00. Canned 8-29-24 (i think); consumed 4-19-24. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured golden with a beautiful white head that is long lasting.
Nose has notes of white cracker and herbal hops.
Taste is a white cracker malt base that allows for those hops to shine through which give me white pepper with a touch of lemon in the end. Finishes pleasingly bitter; 8/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is light bodied without being watery and very refreshing.
Overall, this is a very nice representation of the style!
