A perfect beer for the crisp autumnal air that carries with it the changing of the seasons. We made this lagerbier to be crushed by the half-liter with friends, while basking in the warmth of the long rays of fall. Double decocted and #madewithriverbend Czech pils, vienna, dark munich & chit malts before being boiled with German Spalter select & Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Fermented with our select lager yeast and lagered for many weeks to achieve a bright natural carbonation. May the falling leaves find you rich in cheer and full of beer!
