Bolster’s Blood is a delicious Red IPA. There is a powerful tropical fruit aroma up front, a hint of toffee from the malt, and a resinous bitter finish, which draws you back in for more.

Copper color with no head.
Aroma with notes of red berries and pine.
Flavor with notes of caramel, grapefruit, tea, berries, papaya and toffee. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Medium body with flat real ale carbonation.
Red IPA real ale with an original, but a bit awkward taste.
