Golden yellow in colour, clear. The head is white, with fine bubbles, very high and, similarly, very persistent.
The aroma is sweet, hoppy, fruity and earthy. It is distinct and persistent.
The flavour is sweet, balanced by a slight sour note and a pleasantly dry finish.
The alcohol is well-hidden. High carbonation, quickly inducing a feeling of fullness. Medium body. Smooth texture. Medium-long, fruity, dry aftertaste.

Odd . . .poured two same evening. One foamed like crazy and the other was normal. Taste was fine, enjoyed beer but struggled with so much foam. I couldn't get more than a few oz in at a time.
