In this 6 months Jim Beam barrel aged sour beer we blended two local berries from two local farmers. Blackberry and raspberry gives this beer a sour fresh blend.

375 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.5%. Pink colour, small off-white head, moderate carbonation. Aroma of lactic acid, yoghurt, lactose, raspberries and blackberries, a hint of vanilla. Soft mouthfeel. Moderately sour flavour with the same elements as the aroma, more distinct vanilla, a hint of bourbon. Refreshing.
