We made a West Coast IPA.
A simple malt base with a subdued sweetness from the caramel malt and a balanced bitterness!
Aromas of bright and juicy mandarin, citrus and mango with fresh pine from the hops, makes this an easy-drinking beer.

440 ml can, at Cardinal, Stavanger. Hazy brown colour, lots of floaties in the glass. Moderate head, slightly off-white. Dry aroma, notes of resin. Citric and medium dry flavour, notes of grapefruit and resin. Very bitter aftertaste.
