Lindøy er ein typisk amerikansk blonde. Ein frisk øl som høver godt til lette kjøtrettar, fisk og skaldyr. Og god aleine i sommarvarmen.

October 2022. 330 ml bottle, as Salamander Lindøy Blonde Ale, batch #064, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Slowly gushing bottle. The glass fills completely by white foam, a pale golden beer appears underneath only very slowly, takes a long time to settle. Aroma of spicy Belgian ale yeast, damp basement, dust and citric hops. Fizzy and citric mouthfeel. Distinct flavour of Lemondrop hops, but the bitterness is too low.
