The beer is rather dark brown, very clouded, an off-white firm head that leaves no lacing.
The smell is a Christmas baking spree, brown bread, gingerbread etc.
The taste is sweet, brown bread, some bitter oranges, then spices; clove, cardamom, cinnamon.
High carbonation, small foamy bubbles, soft, slightly sticky bur with a dry finish.
A very spicy wheat beer, almost a liquid Christmas cake, but actually went well with a club sandwich.
