I enjoyed this beer. Got it in a 3 pack on the Falkland Islands. I believe it is an English Dark Mild Ale at 3.9% .abv but at any rate, it is a nice brew. Poured from a 500ml bottle into a flute glass ( that's what they have on the ship), this beer features a light brown color, that looks a clear amber when held to a light. The head is small, bubbly and cream colored. Average retention. Aroma and taste are malty with a smoky aspect as it warms. Flavorful for such a light.abv beer. Mouthfeel is light but not watery. An excellent session beer.
