My last beer from probably the most southern brewery in the world. Pouredfrom a 500mlbottle into a flute glass, this beer features a bright, slightly hazy golden color and a small, bubbly white head with average retention. Light, scattered bits of lacingon the glass. Aroma and taste includes malt, a little fruit (apple and/or pears), a hint of bitterness and some visible yeast in the glass. A tadty brew with a crisp and slightly bitter mouthfeel. I enjoyed all 3 beers from this brewery.
